Poetry

Edith Granger Hawkes was the author of a number of published poems which earned her membership into the League of American Pen Women (including a coeditor position in 1930 and as President of Sonoma County Branch in 1932). She was also the Class Poet of her high school graduating class (Chapter 23 of Martha's manuscript).
